Who we are
Goundrys Estate Agents is one of the top performing agents in Mid and West Cornwall, a truly family-run business, selling and renting properties from Penzance to Wadebridge and the Lizard to Portreath. From our sales offices in Truro and St Agnes and our lettings office in Truro, we strongly believe in the value we can offer you, with a wealth of local insight and robust experience of the property market. We combine strong traditions with a modern vision to successfully sell or rent your property.
A history you can rely on
Goundrys was established in 2004, by Andy Goundry, who has been an estate agent since 1986 and was accepted as a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1996.
In 2007, we set up the lettings arm of our business, which has since flourished, providing a lettings and property management service for more than 300 properties for our landlords.
Further growth followed in 2009, when we added the long-established Lee & Co office in the popular North coastal village of St Agnes, to our business.
With very strong personal links to the village... it seemed a perfect fit.
