Overseeing this department alongside his other roles within the company is Paul Collins, Paul has more than 20 years’ experience within the Cornish property market at all levels, within, both the residential & commercial sectors having spent the past 14 years working for one of the regions largest firms of chartered surveyors within their Business Transfer Dept which saw him handling a wide variety of sales of which, the most notable was the sale of Falmouth Golf Club at a guide price of £2.75m. Prior to this, he spent several years working for a large corporate Estate Agency as the assistant manager of their Waterside & Country Homes Department handling the sales of prestigious properties across the County.
