Andy Goundry

Managing Director

Andy has been working in the industry for over 30 years (yes he really is that old!) and has been successfully running his own business since 2005 after working for many years for corporate agencies where he ran a vast number of offices. Despite his small stature (he stands at 5ft 6) he has a huge personality and throws himself into whatever he puts his hand too. Andys passions are trail running, dog walking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Emma Ward

Business Manager

Emma has been working for the family business since 2006 where she started out doing viewings on Saturdays. Having previously managed the lettings department, Emma now works as part of the sales team in St Agnes and manages many elements of the business. A real sun worshiper, Emma loves being on the beach, and is always planning her next holiday with the family.

Gareth Wellington

Property Valuer

Gareth previously worked in the lettings industry before joining the Goundrys Truro Sales team in 2012. He is an experienced valuer and negotiator so you know your property will be safe in his hands. He is mad about football (he’s a villa fan) and also plays in a 5 a side team every week.

Andrew Hincks

Property Valuer

Andrew has been working locally as an Estate Agent for 20 years and is a very experienced Valuer. He is always cracking a joke and puts a smile on everyone’s face. Andrew has a keen interest in amateur dramatics and music, even playing in his own band. He is a real family man and enjoys walks with his dog smudge!

Sarah Pike

Sales Negotiator

Sarah has been an estate agent since 2004 working in and around the Truro area during her career. Sarah enjoys the wide variety that the jobs entails especially the customer service side of things and getting to know clients and helping them with the next chapter of their lives. In her spare time Sarah enjoys gardening and is currently experimenting with a veggie patch, also spending time with her family.

Karen Hall

Sales Manager

Karen started in estate agency when there were no mobile phones, social media or the internet. Morning meetings were with the use of an instant polaroid camera. After renovating a few properties Karen has a real interest in showing people around houses and opening their eyes to what they could do to improve the property. She is our very own Kirstie Allsop! In her spare time she enjoys reading a book in her garden and kayaking on the river.

Jessica Mansell

Jess joined the team after going on a round the world trip following the completion of her degree in Human Geography. She has recently completed her Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management. Her passions are cooking, interior design and long beach walks with her dog.

Dave joined the family business 10 years ago to work in the lettings department and has been managing lettings since early 2016. He has completed his Technical Award in in Residential Letting & Property Management and keeps up to date with all the latest legislation. In his spare time you will find him on the football pitch, fishing on his boat or having fun filled family days out.
